What cookies are

It also covers a first-party cookie we use to record which campaign first brought you to the site, so that an enquiry can be credited correctly.
Third parties we work with
Some cookies are set by third parties who provide services on our behalf. The main ones are Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), Meta Platforms (the Facebook pixel), PostHog (product analytics, hosted in the EU), Feefo (customer reviews), Calendly (call booking) and Stripe (payment processing). Cookiebot, our consent management provider, sets a cookie to record your choice.
Each of these operates under its own privacy policy. Where a third party acts as our processor, we remain responsible for your data; where they act as a controller in their own right, their own policy governs their use of it.
Google Consent Mode
We use Google Consent Mode v2. In practice this means your choice is passed to Google’s services before any of their tags are allowed to store or read anything on your device. If you decline, Google’s tags run in a restricted state that sets no cookies and does not identify you.
