New to gold?

Most people who call are. Questions are the whole point of the conversation, so bring every one you have.

Already own some?

Bring what you hold. A specialist can talk through how it sits together and where the gaps are.

Just researching?

That is a perfectly good reason to book. The decision, and the timing, stay entirely yours.
