We take pride in ensuring the safe delivery of your purchase. All orders are shipped in tamper-proof packaging via Royal Mail Special Delivery and are fully insured. Delivery typically occurs before 1pm the day after dispatch, though some areas may take longer. To ensure the safety of your order, we limit the value of each parcel to £50,000. If your order exceeds this amount, it will be shipped in multiple installments. Please note that the delivery address must match the registered billing address of the buyer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow the progress of your delivery. If no one is available to receive the delivery, a red card will be left to confirm the attempted delivery, and this information will also be reflected on the Royal Mail tracking page. You can then choose to have the parcel redelivered or pick it up at your nearest sorting office.

At Bullion Club, we take great care to ensure the safekeeping of your gold and silver orders. All orders are stored at Loomis International in the UK and are fully segregated for added security. To cover the cost of storage, we charge a fee of 1%+VAT per year for gold and 1.5%+VAT per year for silver, with a minimum charge. When you place your order, you have the option to select “Buy with Storage” and pay for storage at the time of purchase. Storage fees are charged semi-annually on March 15th and September 15th, and are subject to minimum charges for the period. A recurring storage fee will be charged to your card on each of these semi-annual dates. If you prefer to have your goods delivered later from storage, delivery services are available for a fee of £25 +0.25% of the metal value.
